若い才能がどんどん登場すること自体は、ロードレース界がいい方向に向かっていることや若者への人気の拡大の期待など明るい光ブヒね。
でも、同時に中堅以降の選手は、よほど実績がないか、スポンサーとの結びつきが強いか、あるいは強いリーダーシップを発揮するかなど、特別な事情がなければチームからの評価は得られにくい時代なのかも。

このへんは今の民間企業と同じなのかも・・・

ここまで若手に活躍されるとチームとしてもそういう方針に転換せざるを得ないです。
90年前後生まれの選手たち（ログリッチやキンタナ、バルデetc）はここいらで一発気合を入れなおして頑張ってほしいものです。（というかツールで優勝してくれ！）
