情報感謝！UCIが否定コメント発表ブヒね。
でも火のないところに煙はなんとやらで、なんらかの計画は内部で議論されていたのかもしれないブヒね。
あと財政という観点からの救済策（？）はたしかに有り得そうブヒねぇ。

仮に今のシステムがそのまま適用されて、特にロット・スーダルが降格かつチーム消滅危機となった場合、UCIはそれをどう考えるのか興味あるブヒね。
