その通りだと思うブヒね。
昨年の暫定的な停止処分のあと、今年６月にUCIから2018/8/17～2022/8/16までが出場禁止として時間を遡って適用されることが発表。その結果その4年間のレース成績は失格扱いで剥奪。

そしてその時点からバーレーンとの交渉がはじまってたのかもしれないブヒね。

さらに規定（？）で出場停止期間終了後2年間はプロチーム以上のカテゴリのチームと契約できないはずで、その規定期間も終わって、晴れて復帰ということなんですかね？
